Founded to support justice-involved individuals, their families, and those struggling with substance use, A Second Chance Resource Center (ASCRC) provides wraparound services designed to help participants reintegrate into society with confidence, dignity, and direction. Programs include:

• Transitional housing and support services
• Job readiness and employment assistance
• Mentoring and community engagement
• Youth development and family support
  ASCRC’s holistic approach — centered on dignity, discipline, and love — creates pathways for long-term success, reducing stigma and recidivism while strengthening families and neighborhoods.

Patsy Gardner’s decades of service and leadership have helped countless individuals find purpose and stability after incarceration or crisis. Her work is transforming lives and building stronger community connections every day.

Positive Vibes Ronjanae Smith Inc. was established in memory of Ronjanae Smith, lost to gun violence, and has grown into a beacon of hope through mentorship, community outreach, job support, and educational initiatives that uplift our neighbors and foster safer environments for all.
