Phase 2 – Foundation Phase (13 Weeks) $248.75/Week

Phase Up Requirements - Currently employed (unless disability waiver applies), No Behavioral Contract, At least Three weeks since last fine (if applicable), Financial obligations covered, 2000 word Essay on What Recovery Means to You, Compete Mid Term Survey
Phase 3 – Momentum Phase (3 Months) $226.25/Week
Three Meeting, Two in person meetings
Mantain a Monthly Budget presented to Staff within the first 3 weeks
Cook one meal for the house once a month
(Yes it can be spaghetti, whatever you want)
Phase Requirement - Present transition plan and 6-month recovery goals, 20 Hours of Documented Community Work, 60 Days of continuous employment at same employer
Phase 4 – Transition Phase (Indefinitely) $226.25/ week
Budget planning for permanent housing
Coordination with Lantern Housing programs
Resident may propose timeline up to 24 months total stay
Extensions approved based on progress,stability, and availability of Permanent Housing
At 13 Months, Resident Must Become CPSS
Phase progression is earned - Lanterns may pause, delay, or reverse phases based on behavior, program progression.
